2-speed manifolds

Why complicate things? Sun offers over 700 ready-made solutions for a wide range of functions. One of these is ready-to-use two-speed manifolds. The function is available both as sandwich manfolds and pipe-mounted housings.

How two-speed manifolds work

An electric valve switches between high and low speed. The oil either flows freely or is routed through a flow control valve. The flow control valve can be fixed, adjustable, or pressure-compensated, providing great flexibility in how the speed is controlled.

These standard ready-made blocks offer both maximum speed functionality for the actuator and precisely controlled speed where needed.

If more functions are required, it is of course possible to combine them in custom-designed manifolds. We are happy to assist with design if requested.
