Customize Rexroth RM Valves On-Site with Portable milling Tool

Rexroth has introduced a new portable milling tool that allows precise on-site customization of valve spools for the RM-10 and RM-15 mobile valve series. This innovation enables fine-tuning of the valve’s flow characteristics directly at the customer site – eliminating the need to return valves to the workshop.

The result: shorter lead times, optimized performance, and faster commissioning for OEMs and system integrators. All adjustments are recorded, and once the spool design is finalized, the data is transferred directly to the factory for mass production.
