Unnecessary energy consumption when lowering loads under low load conditions

Since machines rarely operate at maximum load-induced pressure, this often results in unnecessary energy consumption when lowering light or no loads. For applications with varying flow as well as varying loads, Sun Hydraulics’ Load Match valve is ideal. Its specially designed seat provides smoother lowering motion and can solve issues with oscillations and jerky movements because it can handle a more varied flow. There is no need to adjust a Load Match valve since it senses the load and automatically adjusts itself; therefore, there is no adjustment screw on the valve. This also enhances safety, as unauthorized personnel cannot incorrectly adjust the valve.
