Our partners at Sun Hydraulics have now launched a concept with exactly this focus. In their ecoline™ range, they have gathered products that reduce energy consumption. Lab tests in some applications have shown energy savings of over 30%!

These energy-efficient hydraulic products are included in Sun’s new ecoline™ program:

• LoadMatch™ – Load-holding valve for applications with variable loads. Features dynamic self-adjusting properties, with field tests showing savings of 30% or more.
• LoadAdaptive™ – Load-holding valve providing an average energy saving of 30% while maintaining stability, compared to standard load-holding valves.
• Series 4 Plus & T18AU + T19AU Cavities – Optimized cavities for increased flow and reduced pressure drop, making these 80% more efficient compared to standard Sun Series 4 cartridges.
  Overall, Sun’s patented “floating nose” offers better repeatability, and Sun’s proprietary cavity design reduces pressure drops.
