Help Replacing Phased-Out Sun Hydraulics Valve Models

Sun Hydraulics is phasing out old valve models and replacing them with upgraded versions.

Many of the new models can be replaced one-to-one in terms of cavity and function. For solenoid valves, note that the coil model is changing – the new valves require the 740-series coil. Learn more about solenoid coils [here]. The new coil model is not compatible with the old valve models, so when servicing or replacing parts, make sure all components are compatible. Sun Hydraulics FLeX Series

All new models are designed and tested for 10 million cycles and feature a zinc-nickel coating that withstands 1,000 hours in salt spray testing. Of course, all valves retain Sun Hydraulics’ unique floating nose design, which reduces the risk of sticking and increases repeatability.
