New Solenoid Pressure Relief Valves in the FLeX™ Series

Four types of solenoid-operated pressure relief valves are the latest addition to SUN Hydraulics’ FLeX™ series, offering precise and reliable pressure control for flows up to 100 L/min.

The new RVC* valves are the only ones on the market that provide fully adjustable, unloaded, or lockable pressure relief. These valves are designed to reduce complexity while improving reliability and safety in your hydraulic system.

• Reduces complexity: RVC* valves combine the functionality of two valves into one, reducing material use and creating a more compact and efficient system.

• Increases reliability: The main stage orifice is protected by a 150-micron stainless steel filter layer for enhanced reliability and longer service life.

• Enhances safety: The adjustment screws are leak-free and feature a mechanical stop that prevents them from being unscrewed from the valve, ensuring safe and reliable adjustments even in the field.

• RVCK – Normally unloaded, adjustable pressure relief in the controlled position

• RVCN – Normally closed, adjustable pressure relief in the controlled position

• RVCM – Normally in adjustable pressure relief, closed in the controlled position

• RVCL – Normally in adjustable pressure relief, unloaded in the controlled position
