Accessories to miniature shock absorbers

ACE Controls offers a wide selection of accessories and mounting options to support the efficient installation and extended functionality of its miniature shock absorbers. Depending on the design and application, installation can be carried out using flanges, clamps, or clevis mounts. Some models can also be directly integrated into pneumatic cylinders. To further enhance performance and durability, several optional accessories are available – including rod boots to protect against dirt and impact, side-load adapters for off-axis loads, and stop collars with integrated position sensors for monitoring stroke movement. In addition, the ACE Airbleed system provides a continuous stream of air along the piston rod to prevent contamination from dust, moisture, or other particles. These accessories make it easier to adapt the shock absorber to specific mounting environments while improving reliability in demanding conditions.
