Lift at the push of a button

The POWERISE® series from ACE Controls provides a powerful, ergonomic, and flexible motion control solution – all operated with the simple push of a button. POWERISE® can also be combined with a push type gas spring to handle high loads without compromising speed. This makes it ideal for applications such as tailgates, hoods, doors and gates. The gas springs additionally ensure that the application remains securely held in the open position after motion is complete.

Lightweight design and high efficiency

These products are engineered to be lightweight and compact, making them easy to integrate even in confined spaces. They deliver fast, energy-efficient, automatic, and precise motion – enhancing both system performance and user convenience.

Combine with a push type gas spring

Depending on your application requirements, you can choose between two configurations: a standalone POWERISE® unit or a combination of POWERISE® and a push type gas spring. The combination of POWERISE® and ACE’s NEWTONLINE gas springs provides additional force and enables higher movement speeds. All gas springs are also available in stainless steel versions for use in demanding or corrosive environments.
