Vibration isolation for larger surfaces

ACE Controls offers three product families of vibration isolating pads, each designed with different materials and structures to suit diverse needs. CEL pads are ideal for low-frequency vibrations where it’s critical to prevent transmission. These pads can be mounted to the floor and tailored to individual customer requirements. Custom designs are frequently used for crane tracks, pump and generator foundations, and sensitive equipment in R&D or quality laboratories. For heavier-duty applications, the PAD series provides robust and durable pads capable of withstanding compressive loads of up to 69 N/mm², depending on size and shape. They can be layered to optimize vibration absorption and are well suited for use beneath presses, machines, cranes, impact areas, pipelines and bridges.
