Wide range of custom-designed manifolds and applications

We have extensive experience in developing and delivering tailored hydraulic solutions for industrial, mobile, and marine applications. If a ready-made solution is not available, we are happy to design a custom manifold to meet your specific needs and requirements. Thanks to Sun Hydraulics’ flexible cavity system, multiple valve functions can be integrated into the same cavity, providing exceptional design freedom and efficiency when building smart, compact hydraulic systems. We work on designing new manifold solutions every day to meet specific application and performance demands.

Examples of pre-engineered manifold solutions

Hydnet offers a wide range of ready-designed manifolds designed for specific applications such as accumulator pressure relief, emergency shutdown functions, regenerative systems, 2-speed systems, 2-pump systems, flow sharing, priority systems, winches, plows, operation of two or more cylinders in sequence, or anti-shock and anti-cavity systems. All manifolds are available in aluminum (for pressures up to 3000 psi / 210 bar) or ductile iron (for pressures up to 5000 psi / 350 bar), and can be supplied with surface treatment options.
