High quality cavity tools from SUN Hydraulics

Hydnet offers step drills for the various machining operations required in the manufacturing of manilfolds, including cavity form drills, form reamers, and threaded taps for SUN Hydraulics cavities. These tools are available for purchase or rental, depending on your needs.

Large assortment of expander plugs

To efficiently seal auxiliary bores in manifolds, we provide a wide range of expansion plugs, available in sizes from 3 to 22 mm and in various materials.

• Expansion plug with stainless steel sleeve and stainless steel ball

We also offer assembly tools for mounting expansion plugs, including both hand tools and air-powered tools.

Threaded studnuts and studbolts for assembly and service

For assembly and maintenance of manifolds, such as easy installation of sandwich manifolds, we provide customized bolt kits. These kits include threaded rods in sizes M5, M6, M10 or M12, along with matching nuts. The rods are cut to the required length.

Threaded restrictors in different sizes

For simple flow restriction, we offer threaded restrictors in sizes ranging from 0.3 mm to 4 mm in thread types M5 to M12. We supply assortment boxes with a selection of restrictors. If needed, we’re happy to create a custom kit tailored to your specifications.
