Sealing plugs

To quickly and securely seal auxiliary drill holes in hydraulic manifolds and other components, sealing plugs, also called expansion plugs, are used. These specialized plugs expand during installation to create a tight, pressure-resistant seal. Available in a range of sizes and materials, they are designed to meet the demands of various applications and environments.

Range of sealing plugs

We offer a wide sealing of expansion plugs in sizes from 3 to 22 mm, suitable for different environments and levels of corrosion resistance. Available material combinations include:
• Steel sleeve with steel ball – a standard choice for many industrial applications
• Stainless steel sleeve with steel ball – increased corrosion resistance for more demanding conditions
• Stainless steel sleeve with stainless steel ball – maximum protection against corrosion, ideal for harsh or outdoor environments

Installation tools for sealing plugs

To ensure proper and efficient installation, we also provide a range of installation tools. These include both manual tools for smaller or occasional jobs, and pneumatic tools for faster, high-volume installations or more demanding workshop environments.
