Wide and flexible range

Sun Hydraulics has a wide and flexible range of cartridge valves with flow rates from 1 l/min up to 1200 l/min and pressure up to 350 bar. With its cavity system where several varieties and functions of valves fit in the same cavity, you can easily change or adjust the valve as needed without changing the manifold. In addition to a large standard range with, for example, pressure relief valves, pressure reducing valves, load holding valves, check valves, directional valves and solenoid valves, Sun Hydraulics also has many unique valves and solutions.

Unique design advantages

Sun Hydraulics uses a cavity system, based on a specially developed floating nose design for their cartridge valves. The valve nose is a two-piece construction, which rests against a positive stop within the cavity. It is nearly impossible to machine a cavity to absolute perfection, and with conventional cartridge valves from other manufacturers, this often results in internal stresses during installation. Sun’s two-piece nose design compensates for these minor variations, offering improved repeatability and significantly reducing the risk of valve sticking or malfunction. This innovative solution is unique to Sun Hydraulics.
