Extensive range of standard manifolds

Hydnet offers a comprehensive selection of standard hydraulic manifolds from Sun Hydraulics — a manufacturer renowned for its exceptional production quality, tight tolerances, and reliable performance even in demanding operating conditions. By integrating multiple functions into a single manifold, the number of components are reduced, resulting in a more compact, reliable, and leak-free solution. Many of our manifolds are kept in stock and can often be delivered the same day.

Custom-designed manifolds

Hydnet engineers and designs custom manifolds tailored to the specific requirements of each hydraulic system. By consolidating multiple functions into a single block, both installation space and component costs can be minimized — contributing to a more compact and cost-effective solution. In addition to fully customized designs, we also offer a wide range of pre-engineered special manifolds for various applications. Sun Hydraulics’ cavity system further enables multiple valve functions to fit within the same cavity, offering high flexibility for system design and future modifications.

Materials and Surface Treatment

All manifold are available in aluminum (for pressures up to 3000 psi / 210 bar) or ductile iron (for pressures up to 5000 psi / 350 bar) and can be supplied with various surface treatments to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.

• Trivalent clear zinc with top sealer
