System solutions

With our long history in hydraulic manifold design we have built a large bank of ready designed solutions for common applications for mobile, industrial and marine applications. 

 

If there is no ready solution we daily design new manifolds after needs and specific functions! You can choose where to have valves, ports or mounting areas. Instead of having several manifolds for each function, you can minimize assembely time, leakage points, stockholding and optimize size and weight by combining them in one manifold. 

Examples of pre-designed block solutions for different applications

It can be for applications such as accumulator pressure relief, emergency shutdown functions, regenerative systems, 2-speed systems, 2-pump systems, flow sharing, priority systems, winches, plows, operation of two or more cylinders in sequence, or anti-shock and anti-cavity systems.

We provide a large library of pre-designed solutions for various applications, and we design new ones daily for specific needs. All blocks are available in aluminum (3000 psi / 210 bar) or steel (5000 psi / 350 bar) and can be obtained with a surface treatment.
