Operation of multiple cylinders in sequence

Manifolds with sequence valves are used when creating systems with functions that operate in a defined order.

How a sequence application works

When the valve has reached the desired pressure, the flow continues to the next function, which is not affected by the pressure after the valve.

For return flow, a check valve is required. There are several cartridges that combine the functions of a sequence valve and a check valve, identified by designations starting with SC*.

If a manifold with an integrated check valve is selected, there is no need for a combined sequence and check valve.

Sequence of clamping and then machining

It is very common, for example, to first have a clamping function followed by machining of the material, such as cutting, bending, or drilling.

Material and design

Ready-made solutions are available for line mounting in sizes up to G 1 1/4” thread.

All manifolds are available in aluminum (3000 psi / 210 bar) or steel (5000 psi / 350 bar) and can be supplied with surface treatment.
