Advantages of high-pressure filters

The advantages of high-pressure filters include reducing the risk of operational disturbances and downtime, as well as extending the quality and service life of the hydraulic fluid. Regardless of the application, components will generate contamination in the hydraulic system over time.

Sensitive components that particularly require a high-pressure filter upstream include:

Mounting CETOP filters – reduced installation size

Hydnet supports you with our expertise in applications where filtration is critical for a well-functioning hydraulic system. We provide products that solve these challenges through the simple installation of CETOP-mounted high-pressure filters. The filters can either be flexibly installed in an existing NG/CETOP/ISO stack, where we support with new rods/bolts to compensate for the added height.

Alternatively, installation can be done via an HN mounting plate, which we can design specifically for your application needs – for example to save space, reduce piping, and minimize leakage points.

Sandwich-mounted high-pressure filters are available under the sandwich filter section.

Filters with contamination indicators

For each filter, it is possible to add an indicator. The indicator can be visual, visual with thermal lockout, electrical, electrical with thermal lockout, or a combination of all – providing flexibility for every need.

The corresponding filter element with article number is assigned directly when the complete filter is specified, ensuring quick access for planned or unplanned service when the indicator is activated.

• Filters are available for both NG6 (ISO/CETOP 03) and NG10 (ISO/CETOP 05) configurations

• Filtration grades of 3, 10, and up to 30 µm

• Flow capacity up to 45 or 57 l/min

• Pressure ratings from 210 bar (3000 psi) up to 415 bar (6000 psi)

• Available with both Buna (nitrile) and Viton seals
